You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at hello@belsandpearl.com. Returns need to be sent to: 11500 South Main St. Suite 126, Houston, TX 77025 (Tel: +1 (325) 241-2399).

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking fee

A restocking fee of 10% of the item price is deducted from the refund. The fee is taken from the amount refunded to your original payment method.

Items that cannot be returned

• Custom pieces — special orders and personalised items made for you.
• Used items — pieces that have been used rather than only inspected.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the restocking fee described above. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
