Free Worldwide Shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to, with no minimum order value. There is no threshold to reach and no shipping charge is added at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed at belsandpearl.com are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number the moment your package ships.
During high-demand periods such as holiday seasons or special promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days. If we expect a longer delay, we will contact you.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
Free shipping covers the cost of carriage only. It does not include import duties, taxes or customs fees.
Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Bels & Pearl has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs processing may add days to the estimated delivery time.
Order Tracking
Every Bels & Pearl order ships with tracking. Once your order is on its way you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages
We work with trusted carriers, but delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or events outside our control can occur, and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@belsandpearl.com. Please include your order number and, in case of damage, photographs of the package and item. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Bels & Pearl is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@belsandpearl.com — if your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy, including the 14-day cooling-off period that applies to orders shipped to the European Union.
