Product Details
Filigrana a Grani is a hand-blown glass vase built with the filigrana technique — fine threads of glass laid into the body during blowing. In this version the threads gather into grain-like points across the surface.
The technique belongs to the Murano tradition Barbablanca works in, and it is slow: the canes must be arranged before the piece is shaped. The result is a vase that reads as pattern from a distance and as individual threads up close.
